Although the dealership was nearly an hour away, it was completely worth my time and effort to drive to this dealership as this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. For me and my family, making this decision was a huge commitment to a brand that we had not previously driven. For such a major purchase and long term investment, we really felt that our sales associate was by far the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Volvo products and just full of practical information as well. The level of customer service was exemplary and Brandon was extremely patient with all our questions and ever quick to get back to us with any additional information in question. The experience was completely stress and hassle free! I wouldn't hesitate to not only recommend the dealership to others, but to consider them for future purchases. "After working with the staff at Mitchell Volvo, I can honestly say that I am thrilled with my decision to purchase a new vehicle from a dealership. Their dealership was an hour plus from where I lived, but it was well worth the trip. I decided to make the trip after doing weeks of research on the value of a Volvo C30 because they were able to offer me one for the best price. One of the first things I noticed was how great their location is for test driving a vehicle. It is located on a quieter road that allows you to focus on the feel of the vehicle instead of worrying about the traffic around you. The staff at Mitchell Volvo are the best. Unlike a larger dealership where you can feel overlooked, they make you their focus the entire time. When filling out the final paperwork, the manager, Jeff, encouraged me to ask as many questions as I had (and I had quite a few of them since it was my first time going through this process). He did not move onto the next item until he knew I had a complete understanding of everything. They genuinely want you to leave their dealership satisfied. For instance, it was raining on the day I purchased my car and as a result the car's exterior was a bit dirty. I purchased my car on a Saturday when the service center was closed. I wanted to take the car home that day so I declined the offer to have it detailed and return for it on Monday. To my surprise, while waiting to hear if my loan was approved, the gentleman who sold me my car went outside and cleaned the entire car by himself! The unique sense of enjoyment Ie gotten from owning my first new car is directly tied to my experience at Mitchell Volvo. At the end of the day, I know that when the time comes to buy another car I will drive the extra distance to Mitchell Volvo. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Volvo."
